FLOUR GIRL’S VANILLA CUPCAKESIngredients
1 package vanilla cake mix (just the dry mix)
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
½ cup warm water
½ cup vegetable oil
Directions
In a standing mixer or with a hand mixer, beat all ingredients together for 1 minute on low speed and 2 minutes on medium speed. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
This amount will yield 2 dozen cupcakes. This recipe can be adapted for chocolate cupcakes too!
Just made these cupcakes for my little boys birthday party. I had to "test" one. They are amazing!
