Holiday Tea 2010

On November 31st and December 1st of last year I was blessed to be a part of the Holiday Tea at Grace Covenant Church. Starting in the summer myself and a team of ladies began planning for the 2010 outreach event. The planning process was a wonderful time in my life as I worked on a project that I truly loved and met so many fantastic women along the way.

The Holiday Tea is an annual event our church hosts. Women invite their friends, family, co-workers an evening of tea, chatting, and a presentation by a guest speaker. Women can decorate and host a table with 10 guests or just come with friends. This year, Tammy Maltby, author of The Christmas Kitchen, spoke about using hospitality as a way to show others we love them and care about them.

Here are some pictures from this year's event! The pictures are of the decorations in the church lobby and of the fabulously decorated tables that women in our church put together.
